Family
Despite my action-packed schedule, I always carve out time for the joys in my life, which often involves camping, hiking and spending time with my husband of 16 years, Nathan, and our two daughters.
Self-care
A proponent for self-care, I also make time to pursue my other joys, which include running, swimming, yoga, meditation, listening to personal development books and podcasts, and indulging in my husband’s healthy home-cooked meals.
Self-development
I’m a self-development junkie who incorporates simple and powerful mindfulness meditation practices into my coaching. I’ve taken the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Relief program and Mindfulness for Peak Performance training through UCSD’s Mindfulness Center. I’m also a graduate of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an emotional intelligence and mindfulness training which began at Google. I was inspired to begin my meditation practice more than 20 years ago after a three-day training with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
